Chef Takeshi Kobayashi, former chef of "Momo No Ki", a restaurant that has received Michelin stars for 16 consecutive years, will open his new restaurant "KOBAYASHI" in Roppongi in June 2024.
Chef Kobayashi opened "Mitacho Momo No Ki" in 2005.After that, the store name was changed to "Akasaka Momo No Ki" and relocated to Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho.
While maintaining the chef's original style of amplifying the natural flavors of ingredients, Chef Kobayashi offers unprecedented Chinese cuisine
