After working at the Marunouchi Hotel Pomme d'Adam for four years, he moved to France.
After studying at Dominique Boucher in Paris, he returned to Japan. After working at Pierre Gagnaire in Akasaka, he was asked by Dominique Bouchet, his mentor in Paris, to become sous chef at Dominique Bouchet Tokyo in Ginza in 2015.
He was then appointed to various new restaurants within the group and served as executive chef until March 2021. In 2020, he started a cooking video that quickly became a mega-content that attracted 1 million followers on social networking sites.
In November 2022, he opened "CIRPAS," a restaurant that expresses his world view.
The restaurant name "CIRPAS" is a coined word combining circulation and passion. It expresses Takashi Yoshida's desire to incorporate his own unique new flow of passion while paying homage to classical French cuisine.
