This Japanese restaurant offers a chef's table style dining experience limited to 8 seats, with chefs who have studied at Michelin 3-star restaurants in Tokyo and other famous restaurants that require introductions only.
The name of the restaurant, "Mudai" comes from the desire for guests to taste and enjoy the cuisine in their own way. Our goal is to serve only what we genuinely think is delicious.
The restaurant offers a new type of Japanese cuisine that is not bound by stereotypes, yet does not try to be eccentric, but is a fusion of carefully selected ingredients and outstanding techniques.
