Introducing our 3rd sake event this year in celebration of our 10th anniversary.
In August, we will hold a pairing dinner with "Asahi Sake Brewery" of "DASSAI", one of Japan's most famous sake breweries.
We will serve various kinds of "DASSAI" with a special course created by Chef Masahiko Miura of Mizuki, which uses a lot of Kyoto's summer ingredients.
Also invited as a guest speaker that day will be Hiroshi Sakurai, the chairman and creator of Otters. He will also give us a full update on the NY brewery, which he himself moved to New York to take the lead and began brewing sake in May 2023 and opened the brewery in September.
You can also enjoy "DASSAI Beyond" and "DASSAI BLUE" produced in the United States.
Please take this opportunity to enjoy DASSAI Blue, which is rare in Japan.
