This event was realised by Hitoshi Yamanobe, owner-chef of Ginza Yamanobe, who sympathises with the concept of Ryukyu Shintenchi, a new type of fusion restaurant where you can feel the origins of Ryukyuan cuisine.
Hitoshi Yamanobe, who expresses 'Edo Chuka' using seasonal ingredients from all over Japan, and Jo Ito, head chef of Ryukyu Shintenchi, will offer a collaborative menu of Edo Chuka and Ryukyu fusion cuisine, using a wealth of Okinawan ingredients.
