「ESPRIT C. KEI GINZA」 is a restaurant created by Chef Kei Kobayashi, the first Asian chef to win three Michelin stars in France, and Toraya, a Japanese sweets shop established in the late Muromachi period.
The restaurant goes beyond the realm of French cuisine to pursue “innovation gastronomique” with an unrestricted and free conception.
The concept is a “gastronomic laboratory. In the center of the restaurant, there is a large open kitchen that is the key to the creation of the cuisine, and only an a la carte menu is offered.
Guests are invited to choose their favorite ingredients, and our chefs will bring out the best of each ingredient to create a dish that will remain in your memory.
Chef Kei Kobayashi's approach is to confront the ingredients, listen to their voices, and pursue the quintessence of deliciousness. Please enjoy the dishes created by Chef Kei Kobayashi that will awaken your senses.
*Smart casual dress code is recommended. Extremely casual attire, such as short pants and sandals for men, is not permitted.
