Imperial Hotel Toraguro is the result of a partnership between the Imperial Hotel and the three Michelin-starred restaurants Ishigawa in Kagurazaka and Kohaku, which represent contemporary Japanese cuisine. The Imperial Hotel, which has been building French cuisine for over a century, brings you a new Japanese food culture.
The restaurant will offer an omakase course of high-class Japanese cuisine that draws out the flavor of seasonal ingredients and emphasizes the realism of charcoal grilling and steaming that takes place at the counter.
*When using a private room, a separate private room charge of 22,000 yen (tax included) for 2-6 persons and 33,000 yen (tax included) for 7-8 persons will be added.
*Please note that prices are subject to change depending on seasonal ingredients.
*If you have a wide range of allergies and food sensitivities, we might refuse your reservation.
* If you are late or you are leaving in the middle of your time, you may not be able to provide some of the course meals.
