■Private room charge (Chef's room)
A separate private room fee of 63,250 yen (including tax) for lunch and 101,200 yen (including tax) for dinner will be charged to guests using the Chef's Room.
■If you have a wide range of allergies or dietary restrictions, we might refuse your reservation. (Crustaceans (Shrimp, oysters, scallops, squid, and other shellfish), seafood and dairy products are 70% included in the menu. Onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, pork, pork gelatin, and garlic are always included in the broth.) Also, due to the nature of the food, if you are allergic to alcohol or shellfish, it is difficult to accommodate you and we ask that you refrain from making reservations.

■We do not accommodate vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, or gluten-free options.
■If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to offer part of the course.
■Please note that seats are not transferable.
■Please be sure to inform your companions. Please understand that we may not allow you to enter the restaurant.
■Dress code: Smart Casual
Please refrain from wearing short-sleeved shirts, T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, baseball caps, casual sandals, or beach sandals.
Gentlemen are kindly required to wear a jacket or long-sleeved collared shirt, and closed toe shoes.
Executive Chef Daniel Calvert's bold, delicate, and light French cuisine can be enjoyed at SÉZANNE.
In just one and a half years since its opening in July 2021, Sézanne was awarded two Michelin stars in the "Michelin Guide Tokyo 2023".
The hotel offers a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere designed by Andre Fu, one of Hong Kong's leading architects.
The restaurant is composed of three different elements: the "Salon" where you can enjoy an aperitif with a view of the city, the "Main Dining Room" where you can see the realistic kitchen, and the "Chef's Table" which is a private room.
Enjoy refined service, a seasonal menu, a wide selection of champagnes, and traditional desserts created by our pastry chef.

The chocolate, butter, flour and sugar used for the dough are carefully selected.
The cookies are baked with an abundance of Valrhona chocolate, making them crispy and aromatic.
These cookies will please everyone on various occasions, such as gifts for parents, business occasions, wedding gifts, etc.
Pistachio Cake
Pistachio cream, crunchy chocolate and pistachio ganache are sandwiched between almond-pistachio sponge.
