Reservation rules

■For customers with reservations
*The time until the meal is served will be approximately 3 hours. Please allow plenty of time for your visit.
*If you have a specific return time (by air or other transportation) on the day of your reservation, please contact us in advance.We may not be able to meet your request if you make a request on the day of your reservation or at the last minute.

*Please note that there are stairs inside the restaurant. Please understand that there are stairs in the restaurant.
*If you make a reservation on the following days when children are allowed to enter the restaurant, you may hear the voices of children in other rooms. Please understand this in advance.

■Reservation Changes
We do not accept changes in date, time, number of persons, or course, if the change is noted in the special notes. Please understand this beforehand.

＜About changing the number of persons＞
In principle, it is not possible to change the number of guests after the reservation is completed. Please check the reservation details on "My Page" and change the number of persons only when the option for the number of persons is displayed. If you wish to make any other changes, please cancel your reservation and make a new reservation.
＜About changing the date, time, and course＞
Due to the nature of the OMAKASE website, please cancel your reservation and make a new reservation.

■About Allergies
*If you have any allergies, please list them in the special notes.
*Please include a breakdown of allergies, including those of your companions.
(ex. "〇〇person is allergic to 〇〇", etc.)

■Regarding Requests for Vegetarian and Gluten-Free Menus
We apologize, but we are unable to accommodate requests for a vegetarian menu or gluten-free options due to allergies.

For gluten-free requests, we can reduce the amount of ingredients such as wheat, but we cannot eliminate ingredients like soy sauce, vinegar, miso, and others from our dishes. We appreciate your understanding.

■Reservations for children
On regular business days, reservations are accepted from junior high school students and older.
Reservations for elementary school students and younger are accepted only for lunch on days when children are allowed to enter the restaurant.

■About Rooms
Please be informed that the restaurant reception will designate the room type upon arrival of the guests at the restaurant. This is due to factors such as the number of guests in the group and the number of reservations for the day. If you have any disabilities and need to specify a seating type, please make a request on the comment section of the reservation form.
