Event to support future creator "atirom Lab".
atirom Tokyo is pleased to announce a one-day event in collaboration with "SHATA SHUZOU", a long-established sake brewery in Ishikawa Prefecture celebrating its 200th anniversary.
SHATA SHUZOU was founded in 1823 and continues to brew traditional sake in Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture. Its representative brands "TENGUMAI" and "GORIN" are famous sake produced with handmade techniques and passion, taking advantage of the rich local natural blessings, and are always on the list of the best restaurants in the Hokuriku region.
At this event, Keiichiro Shata, the 9th head of SHATA SHUZOU and a young up-and-coming sake brewer in his 20s last year, will carefully select sake from the brewery's rare "GORIN" and "TENGUMAI" collections, while Ryosuke Otaki,sous chef at atirom Ryosuke Otaki, who became sous chef at atirom Tokyo last year at the young age of 25, will create dishes to enhance the enjoyment of sake.
We hope that this event will encourage the budding talents of these two young people, who are the future of food, and that you will enjoy their creativity to the fullest. We look forward to seeing you there.
