The feast by Takahiro Yamagishi of "Tominokoji Yamagishi", one of the most difficult-to-reserve restaurants in Kyoto, and Tadashi Yamaguchi of "Gion Yamaguchi", which is by introduction only, will open in May 2024 in a newly renovated location in the Gion Minami area.
Chef Kanemoto, who has inherited the techniques, ingredients, and training of Yamagishi and Yamaguchi, will be in charge of the restaurant.
