A premium table made exclusively for guests, decorated with furs and conifers, where you can enjoy warm gastronomy created by the chef.

Asyatt. offers a unique experience in Niseko Town, Hokkaido, Japan, where guests can experience the charm of nature.
In December 2022, a private lounge "The Flats." opened in Hirafu, Niseko.
We will guide you to a special experience of food, music, art, etc. while enjoying the great nature of Niseko.
Chef:Shota Shiratori
Born in Shizuoka in 1992. He has loved fish since he was a child, cooking fish he caught himself, which awakened his interest in cooking. After graduating from culinary school, he studied at the famous French restaurant L’Effervescence and moved to Denmark with an interest in sustainable food. He honed his skills at the world’s best sustainable restaurants Manfreds, Relae, and Koks.
He assumed his current position as the chef at ANTCICADA after returning to Japan and has been introducing new enjoyment of food with his “Taste the Earth Course Cuisine”.
He is currently preparing to open a restaurant in Yoichi, Hokkaido.
