Kenji Imanishi
Born on April 26, 1982
At the age of 30, he won the top prize in a recipe contest sponsored by an affiliated hotel.
His training at many hotels expanded Imanishi's skills and menu variations.
To enhance his sales experience in high-end counter restaurants, he gained experience at "Kyoto Saeki", and when the time was right, he opened "Sushiya Yohei" in Kitashinchi, Osaka.
